B2B WEBSITE TERMS
Website Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the MVP LED website. Product supply, warranty, delivery and payment obligations are governed by the signed quotation or contract for the applicable order.
Last updated: August 3, 2026Website purpose
This website provides B2B information about LED display products, applications, manufacturing and project support. It is not an online store and does not request payment-card information. Submitting a form does not create an order or binding supply agreement.
Product and project information
Images, dimensions, performance values and application examples support product selection. Actual configuration can vary by model, cabinet, component availability, environment and project engineering. Final specifications, quantities, certifications, pricing, lead time, Incoterms and delivery scope are confirmed in an approved quotation, technical sheet or contract.
Warranty and service
MVP LED provides a two-year standard warranty. The signed quotation or contract defines coverage, exclusions, repair or replacement procedure, spare parts, freight responsibility and support scope for each supplied system.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for legitimate business research and project inquiries. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading content, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or misuse forms and contact details.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics and MVP LED brand materials are owned by or licensed to Shenzhen MVPLED Technology Co., Ltd. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the site for legitimate business evaluation.
Third-party links
Links to external services are provided for convenience. MVP LED does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep website information accurate and available, but the public website is provided on an informational basis and may be updated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MVP LED is not liable for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on public website information instead of the approved project documents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Orders, law and disputes
Any order is governed by its signed quotation or contract, including the applicable law and dispute-resolution terms stated there. If these website terms conflict with an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls for that project.
Contact and revisions
Questions may be sent to 1937237677@qq.com. We may revise these terms when the website or business process changes; continued use after publication is subject to the current version.
