Who we are

The data controller for this website is Shenzhen MVPLED Technology Co., Ltd., Building 2, Hengguangyao Industrial Park, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to sales@mvp-led.com.

Information we collect

When you request a quotation or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, WhatsApp or phone number, country or region, company, screen dimensions, application, venue and other project details you choose to provide. Our hosting and security systems may also process IP address, browser and device information, referring page, request time and security logs. The cookie-preference tool stores your choice in your browser.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and prepare product, engineering and delivery recommendations.
• Take steps requested before entering a quotation, order or contract.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and inquiry process.
• Meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.
• Measure advertising or website performance only when the relevant optional technology is enabled and a required choice has been recorded.

Legal bases

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B inquiry service. We rely on consent where the law requires it for optional analytics or advertising technologies. Consent can be changed through Cookie Preferences.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by website hosting, email, security and technical service providers acting for us. Project information may be shared with logistics or project-support providers only when needed to answer or fulfil a request. We may also disclose information where lawfully required or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction.

International processing

MVP LED is based in China and serves international customers. Information may therefore be processed in China and in locations used by our service providers. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the service involved.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project records only for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, protect the website and satisfy contractual, accounting or legal requirements. Retention is reviewed according to the status of the inquiry and the applicable obligation. You may request deletion where no overriding obligation requires continued retention.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for optional technologies at any time through Cookie Preferences. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Third-party services

Some pages link to or embed services such as YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and the MVP LED Alibaba storefront. Those providers control their own websites and may process information under their own policies when you interact with them.

Security, children and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect inquiry information, but no internet transmission is risk-free. This B2B website is not directed to children. We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change; the latest revision date appears on this page.
