MVP LED / PROJECT SUPPORT
LED Display Warranty & Technical Support
From handover and remote diagnosis to repair coordination, training and post-warranty service, MVP LED helps buyers keep the supplied LED display system understandable and serviceable.
A CLEAR SERVICE BASELINE
Start With the Supplied System and the Signed Terms
The current confirmed standard warranty is two years. The final quotation and contract define the supplied configuration, coverage, spare parts, freight responsibility and any project-specific service conditions.
A practical baseline for eligible manufacturing-related faults under normal operation. Diagnosis and the agreed resolution path begin with the actual order record.

Product model, pitch, cabinet quantity and control configuration.
Photos, video, symptoms and the affected module or cabinet position.
Remote review before parts, return or repair arrangements are confirmed.
The signed quotation and contract govern the final service scope.
COVERAGE & EXCLUSIONS
Separate Eligible Faults From External Damage
A useful warranty page should show both sides. Support first identifies the cause, then confirms whether the case is covered, chargeable or requires a separate logistics arrangement.
Cases Reviewed for Warranty Support
- Manufacturing-related faults identified during normal use
- Eligible component or module failure within the confirmed term
- Remote diagnosis and repair guidance for the supplied system
- Applicable repair or replacement coordination when repair is not practical
- One-way freight support where the signed contract provides it
Cases Normally Excluded
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification or third-party repair
- Improper operation, misuse or installation outside approved conditions
- Physical, electrical, environmental or transport damage outside the agreed scope
- Fire, flood, earthquake and other force majeure events
- Failures reported after the confirmed warranty period
Final eligibility is confirmed after diagnosis. Post-warranty and non-covered repair support can still be quoted.

Warranty & Service FAQ
These answers explain the current standard approach. The signed quotation and contract remain the final project record.
How long is the standard MVP LED warranty?
The current confirmed standard warranty is two years. Any different term must be stated in the signed quotation and contract.
What information should I send when requesting support?
Send the order reference, product model, affected position, controller information, clear photos or video, symptoms, operating environment and required schedule.
Can MVP LED diagnose problems remotely?
Yes. Photos, recorded video, controller information and live video calls can help the technical team narrow down the likely cause before a parts or return plan is agreed.
Does the warranty cover unauthorized repair or misuse?
No. Unauthorized disassembly or repair, misuse, improper operation, external damage and force majeure are normally outside standard coverage.
Can replacement modules and spare parts be supplied?
Applicable parts can be matched to the supplied system. Quantity, availability, price and freight are confirmed for the order and service case.
Is repair available after the warranty expires?
Yes. Chargeable repair, replacement parts and technical assistance can be quoted after the standard warranty period.
Who pays the freight for a warranty case?
Freight responsibility is defined by the signed quotation and contract. One-way freight support may apply to eligible cases where it is included in those terms.
