An outdoor LED display site survey should verify the screen location and dimensions, audience sightlines, surrounding light and obstructions, support and service access, delivery route, power and signal responsibilities, control workflow, local project requirements, and the exact scope each supplier must quote. Record these items with measured drawings, photographs, ownership assignments, and open questions before requesting a final proposal.
